Cathy Reichen
President, Woofs for Warriors
My passion for dogs and the support of our veterans proved to be a perfect fit for this organization. As a daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, I wanted an opportunity to give back in honor and support of my father and all veterans. Having witnessed how dogs can help our veterans resume “normal” activities of their life, I am proud to be an active member of this program.
Chris Argento
VP Adoptions and Trainings for Woofs For Warriors, Dog Trainer and Canine Good Citizen Evaluator,“
I am a board member and trainer with a local kennel club for over 10 years and prior to that, have over 25 years experience in dog rescue and adoption counseling. Throughout the years, I have seen firsthand the powerful bonds formed by love, training and trust. These partnerships enhance and improve the lives of our Veterans and their dogs. In most WFW cases, it is life changing and I am proud and honored to be part of that!
Chris Gaunt
Chris Gaunt is a WFW volunteer that has a real passion for rescuing dogs as well as helping improve the quality of life for the brave men and women who have served our country. It’s great to see the powerful bond that is formed as the dogs become service animals that can stand proudly by their veteran owner. It is an honor to be involved in the Woofs for Warriors program and help to give back and support our veterans as well as dogs that need a good home.
